河东郡(韩语：하동군)，位于大韩民国庆尚南道（경상남도）。西邻全罗南道（전라남도），其中西南界为蟾津江水面，南临大海。

该郡面积675.53平方公里，2003年人口58,010人。下分邑12面。境内拥有智异山和闲丽海上国家公园。
