临浦县位于宾阳县芦圩镇古城村。改名时间是三国吴元兴元年(264年)。

三国吴元兴元年(264年)，改领方县为临浦县，属桂林郡。晋太康年间(280年至289年)，改临浦县仍名领方县。故址在今广西宾阳县芦圩镇古城村。
