内浦湾（日语：内浦湾）又名“喷火湾”或“胆振湾”，是北海道渡岛半岛东侧大湾。略成圆形，直径约50公里，湾内水浅，最深处107米。海岸线平直，长约150公里。室兰市为良港。湾内鱼产丰富。

湾内可以捕捉到大麻哈鱼、十腕总目和鲽。此外虾夷盘扇贝的养殖业也很繁盛。
