奥斯塔什科夫（俄语：Оста́шков，英语：Ostashkov），城市名。位于特维尔州西部，州府特维尔以西199公里的谢利格尔湖畔（lake Seliger）。人口19,700（2006年）。1770年建市。谢利格尔湖中的小岛上有尼罗夫修道院。
