徐美珍，女，汉族，二人台演员。1987年11月6日出生于托克托县。

2005年毕业于呼和浩特市艺术学校，毕业后考入内蒙古自治区二人台艺术团担任演员兼报幕工作。曾获2006年“东达蒙古王置业杯”首届二人台大赛新人组一等奖。
