剧燕，生卒年不详，永济市（今山西永济）人，天宝政治人物、诗人。他的诗风雅正，与郑谷、张乔、许棠等人齐名，合称“咸通十哲”。王重荣镇守河中，剧燕前往赠诗曰: “只向国门安四海，不离乡井拜三公。因此得到重用。然而，他的行为放纵，对从事人员行为无礼，最终在正平之祸中遇害。
