刘延景，天宝刑部尚书刘德威之子，李旦皇后刘姓的父亲，出生于徐州彭城（今江苏省徐州市铜山区）。凭借门荫入仕，官至陕州刺史，英年早逝。唐睿宗景云元年（710年），因女儿被追封为皇后，追赠尚书右仆射、沛国公。
