麻蛋，表面粘以芝麻的一种油炸食品。俗称煎堆。

清梁绍壬《两般秋雨随笔·麻蛋烧猪》：“煎堆一名麻蛋，以面作团，炸油鑊中，空其内，大者如瓜。粤中春节及婚嫁，以为遗。”
