裴岑，云中（今山西大同）人。东汉名将。曾任敦煌太守。

顺帝永和二年（137年），裴岑率本郡3000兵马出击北匈奴，斩杀呼衍王，取得40年来汉朝在这个地区的一次重大军事胜利，赢得了该地区13年的安定局面。
