八灶村位于盐城市大中街道的西北角，地处翻身河南省、大刘路北部，八灶村由两个自然村庄合并组成，村民集中居住翻身河南。全村总面积约9.6平方公里，耕地面积5196亩。八灶村现如今又是盐城高铁站建设点。
