嘉海公路位于嘉兴市秀洲区，起点位于嘉海公路百乐路口南侧，起点桩号K18+652，路线向南与国道G524平交，继续沿着老路向南经建林村，路线跨越莲花港（规划Ⅵ级航道），终点与在建嘉海公路桥北引坡相接，嘉海公路路线全长3.648km，沿线设中小桥177.84m/4座，大桥218.2m/1座，涵洞16道，平面交叉6处。
