双斑新（学名：Neobythites bimaculatus），又名鼬鱼，为鼬鳚科新鼬鳚属下的一个种。这是一种小型底栖鱼类。它不属于有毒鱼类。

双斑新鼬鳚不具有经济价值，也不是食用鱼类或观赏鱼类。
